Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive for physically supplied products (eg products that are delivered to you):

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should ensure this has been insured to cover the value of the map in the event that it is lost or damaged in transit. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or have been misdescribed on our website

All goods returned must be returned to us unused and in re-saleable condition. This means it can not have pin marks or sticky patches where it has been attached to the wall. The map should also be rolled carefully and put back into the plastic sleeve it was supplied in before being put back into the black plastic poster tube it arrived in. Where goods are returned to us in a condition which we are unable to re-sell the map we will contact you to discuss this and may return the map to you un-refunded.

If you have any queries about returning maps to us please do not hesitate to get in touch. If the map is in good condition
your refund will be processed within 30 days.

These terms apply to your order. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time without getting in touch with previous customers, please check back for any updates to our Terms and Conditions.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
